The scanner division of Bell and Howell in Skokie, Ill., recently introduced its new generation of high-speed desktop scanners: the Copiscan 8000 Series.
This new line includes four models that have the capability for simplex and duplex scanning, ranging in speeds from 60 to more than 100 pages per minute. Each unit is equipped with featuresincluding 13 resolutions between 100 and 400 dots per inch, a 500sheet automatic/manual document feeder, and optional preand post-scan imprinting and user-selectable color dropout.
