Vic: Criminal law group opposes youth private prison
A criminal law group says a privately-funded youth training centre in Victoria would be a
tragic waste of money.
Criminal Bar Association juvenile justice spokesman RICHARD BOURKE says the money for the
state government's proposed privately-operated youth jail can be better spent elsewhere.
